- Proven attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
- Willingness to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Healthcare or medication packing experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in packing for direct customer delivery is acceptable.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in packing or healthcare-related roles is advantageous, but training will be provided.
- Work hours: Monday through Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm.
- Overtime may be required occasionally before or after shifts, including most holidays.
- This is an on-site, standing/walking position with a strong emphasis on efficiency and accuracy.
