Schwartz Mazda, a long-standing family dealership in New Jersey, is seeking a dedicated F&I professional to join our growing sales department. You will structure deals for profitability, submit to lenders, and ensure compliance from day one. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in automotive/finance sales, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and a proven ability to close while maintaining client trust.
