Skills and Requirements

• Experience in a Security Analyst or security-focused role, including security assessments, testing, and documenting findings.

• Active DoD Interim Secret Clearance and DoD 8570 IAT Level II / 8140-compliant certification (Security+ or equivalent).

• Strong knowledge of NIST security standards and the Risk Management Framework (RMF), including compliance monitoring and audits.

• Hands-on experience with common security tools (e.g., Nessus, NMAP, Wireshark) and evaluating/testing security controls.

Scripting experience in at least two languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash, SQL, JavaScript, etc.) with solid troubleshooting skills and understanding of ports/protocols.
