We are hiring an energetic and customer-focused Energy Sales Consultant to represent leading energy services inside established retail locations. This is a face-to-face, in-store sales position where you will speak with customers, explain available energy plans and promotions, and help them choose options that fit their needs.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with customers face-to-face inside retail locations
• Represent energy services, promotions, and customer programs
• Explain plan options, pricing, benefits, and current offers
• Ask questions to understand each customer's needs
• Provide knowledgeable, professional recommendations
• Complete customer enrollments accurately
• Deliver a positive customer experience from introduction through enrollment
• Work alongside your team to achieve individual and team sales goals
• Participate in ongoing product, sales, and customer service training

• Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience is helpful, but not required
