Responsibilities: Escort ed patient s to exam rooms, obtain medical history and measures vital signs. Educated and may give directions to patient regarding medication and treatment plan as instructed by physician or physician assistant Maintained patient charts ensuring all related reports, labs and information is filed and available in patient records. Call in prescription refills. Qualifications and Requirements: 1 yearor more of Medical Assistant experience within a clinic/physician office setting. Have obtained Medical Assistant diploma from an accredited program. Experience in a specialty clinic is a strong plus Must have completed High School Diploma or GED. Bilingual in English and Spanishis a strong plus. Benefits and Perks: $17-$21/hr.
