Nesco Resource Hiring For 1st Shift Mig Welders

Nesco Resource is now hiring for 1st shift MIG welders for a sheet metal contractor in Gastonia.

Duties:

• General metal fabrication.
• Prepare materials for production process.
• Read and interpret welding blueprints, schematics, and codes.
• Oversee the set-up of MIG welding equipment.
• Verify and inspect final weld assemblies to ensure product quality compliance.
• Perform daily maintenance and safety checks.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Prior MIG welding experience.
• Able to read blueprints, understand weld symbols and take measurements.
• Must follow all safety rules and regulations accordingly.
