Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow customer relationships through proactive communication and support
• Prepare and follow up on quotes, orders, and customer inquiries
• Coordinate with production, operations, and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met
• Maintain accurate sales records, pricing, and order information within internal systems
• Support outside sales efforts and assist with account management activities
• Provide customers with updates regarding lead times, order status, and product availability
• Assist in resolving customer concerns and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Develop a strong understanding of products, manufacturing capabilities, and customer applications
• Work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment handling multiple priorities simultaneously

Qualifications:

• Previous inside sales, customer service, or account management experience within manufacturing preferred
• Metals, industrial, or manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
