The team works with and supports all other departments in the organization including the full network of companies: RiverSide Integrated Solutions (RIS), JMW Enterprises, and CCSI.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesPayroll AdministrationProcess bi-weekly payroll accurately and on scheduleReview employee timecards for accuracy and follow up on missed punches or discrepanciesMaintain payroll recordsProcess payroll changes including new hires, terminations, wage changes, deductions, and benefit adjustmentsGenerate payroll reports as requested by managementSupport year-end payroll activities including W-2 preparation and auditsHuman Resources SupportAssist with onboarding and orientation of new employeesMaintain employee files and HRIS recordsSupport benefits administration including enrollments and changesAssist with leave administration and trackingCoordinate employee communications and HR documentationHelp ensure compliance with company policies and employment lawsSupport recruiting efforts including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidatesQualificationsPreferred ExperienceManufacturing or contract manufacturing environment experienceExperience with attendance tracking systemsFamiliarity with leave administration and benefits coordinationPhysical RequirementsProlonged periods of sitting and computer workAbility to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds
