Manager, Operations Maintenance

* Supervise and mentor a team of Manufacturing Technicians and maintenance personnel, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.* Ensure all staff receive proper training and are equipped to perform maintenance duties safely and effectively.* Provide regular feedback, recognition, and performance coaching to promote engagement and development.* Support continuous learning and technical skill advancement within the maintenance organization.* Maintain a safe work environment by ensuring adherence to all Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) standards and company policies.* Conduct routine safety audits, equipment inspections, and incident reviews to identify and mitigate risks.* Promote a proactive safety culture through awareness campaigns, training, and team participation in safety improvement activities.* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements for medical device manufacturing environments, including documentation and reporting protocols.* **Commit to Action**: Make timely decisions that balance risk and impact.* **Be Proactive**: Anticipate challenges and remove barriers before they escalate.* **Be a Change Advocate**: Lead change initiatives by communicating purpose, vision, and benefits effectively.* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field.* 10+ years of related operations maintenance experience and minimum of 3 years of management experience with direct reports. Experience in the medical device or regulated industry prefer.* Proven success in managing modern maintenance systems (e.g., CMMS tools).* Deep understanding of medical device manufacturing processes, quality systems (ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820), and Lean methodologies.* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively across organizational boundaries.* Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and excellence.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.At iRhythm, you'll have the opportunity to grow your skills and your career while impacting the lives of people around the world.
