Parts/Service Coordinator

We are looking for a customer-focused bilingual Parts & Service Coordinator to help run our front counter and shop workflow. No formal service writer experience is required! If you have great conversational skills (hospitality, retail, or bartending backgrounds welcome) and a basic mechanical aptitude, we will train you.

salary: $40,000 - $42,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for parts and service customers in person and by phone. Answer questions, provide updates, and resolve issues professionally.

• Service Coordination: Write service tickets, prepare estimates, and schedule service work. Manage shop workflow and coordinate technician priorities.

• Inventory Management: Handle parts ordering, receiving, stocking, and cycle counts. Assist customers with over-the-counter sales and process transactions accurately.

• Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of service work orders, appointments, and parts transactions.

The essential functions of this role include:

• manual lifting up to 50lbs
