Hybrid Total Rewards Manager: Benefits & Compensation
Lantern
Lantern is seeking a detail-oriented Total Rewards Manager in Dallas, TX to oversee benefits administration, leave policies, compensation analysis and bonus programs. This in-person role with optional 1-day WFH after training focuses on competitive, compliant rewards that attract and retain top talent. You will partner with People, Finance and Payroll to design, implement and continuously improve Lantern's total rewards programs, prepare dashboards, and ensure accurate benchmarking and #J-18808-Ljbffr Lantern
