The company has offices in North America, Europe, and the UAE. About the Role We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Service Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Lake Mary, Florida. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a strong background in SaaS and/or service-based solutions who thrives on building relationships, identifying customer needs, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities for service and SaaS offerings Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions that align with customer objectivesManage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and post-sale follow-up Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems Meet or exceed individual and team sales targetsStay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and market conditionsQuickly learn and effectively sell a diverse portfolio of products and services Qualifications 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales and/or service-based sales Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into business valueSelf-starter with a proactive, results-oriented mindsetExperience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred Preferred Skills Experience selling subscription-based or recurring revenue services Familiarity with consultative or solution-based selling methodologies Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment Experience using AI tools to enhance sales productivity, research, or customer engagement What We Offer Competitive base salary plus commission structure Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for career growth and advancement Collaborative and supportive work environment Why Join Us?
