As a Spartan Territory Sales Representative, you will own a live territory and operate like the CEO of your market. This is a high velocity, high accountability field sales role built for someone who knows how to close, drive reorders, build relationships, and win every day. You will be in the field opening new accounts, growing existing doors, driving product placement, and making sure Vivazen is impossible to ignore. You will manage your route, your store relationships, your inventory, and your scoreboard. You will not be buried in meetings or trapped behind a desk. You will be out building business. This role is designed for someone who wants autonomy and can handle it. You make your own schedule. Warm leads are delivered daily. Your routes are planned for you. Your performance is visible. What You Get to Do Every Day Open new retail accounts and expand Vivazen’s footprint across your market Drive sell in and ensure seamless direct to store setup Build trusted relationships with store owners, managers, and clerks who reorder from you because they know you deliver Own in store execution, including eye level facings, stocked shelves, rotated inventory, and compliant point of sale placement Manage your own lean inventory by planning, loading, and delivering product ahead of demand Track sell in and sell through daily using mobile CRM tools and performance dashboards Activate your territory with sampling, demos, grassroots marketing, and local influencer drops that move volume Win the shelf and the counter by making Vivazen visible, available, and impossible to miss Stay fully compliant with kratom and applicable state regulations Own your scoreboard every day, including door count, reorder velocity, visibility, and volume per outlet What You Bring to the Role At Vivazen, we know elite field sellers are built through the right mix of hunger, coaching, repetition, and accountability. Required Competencies and Experience Relentless drive to win and the work ethic to back it up Discipline, consistency, and accountability in how you operate everyday Proven sales performance with measurable results A strong desire for success and the hunger to keep improving Willingness to learn, take coaching, and develop quickly A team first attitude and ability to contribute to a winning culture Ability to build trust quickly with retailers, distributors, and decision makers Comfort using mobile CRM tools, routing tools, and daily sales tracking systems Strong communication skills and the ability to sell with confidence in the field High level of self direction and personal ownership Physical ability to lift 40 pound cases, run active routes, and stay on your feet throughout the day High school diploma or GED required What Makes This Role Unique Real Autonomy You are not micromanaged here. You will train alongside 25 to 30 Spartans, learn from proven operators, and build the instincts, confidence, and skills needed to win in the field. Travel, lodging, and meals are fully covered.
