Quality Control ForemanLoyal Source is seeking a Security Quality Control Foreman for an employment opportunity in Atlanta, GA. The main responsibility of this position is to ensure that complex systems are installed according to customer standards. This involves providing onsite supervision of electronic installers and coordinating the daily activities at the assigned worksites. The role also includes performing programming tasks and leading the startup and commissioning process. The position will take place in a data center environment.Duties and Responsibilities:Provides onsite supervision of electronic installers on multiple worksites and coordinates the daily activities for the assigned worksites where assigned.Performs programming and leads the startup and commissioning process when applicable.Must have an ability to proctor, coach, and teach others.Provides reliable, high quality customer support.Provides customer instruction on system operation and functionality.Performs system testing and signal verificationOrganizes and utilizes technical resources, information, material, and support to ensure efficient execution of assigned tasks.Ensures the progress and completion of assigned tasks.Provides documentation of service and hours worked.Completes and submits all required task-related activities, productivity, and other documentation in a timely manner.Must have a strong work ethic.Must be detail-oriented.Must complete other projects, as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:Minimum of High School Diploma/Vocational Training.Must have five (5) or more years of experience.Preferred manufacturer experience is Lenel, Milestone, and GenetecExperience working in a data center in highly preferredMust have a mastery knowledge of intrusion systems, CCTV, access control systems.Must have full knowledge of local/national codesRequires proficiency knowledge of OSHA, HAZCOM regulations and comprehension of the national electronic codeMust possess strong communication/leadership skills when working with others.Must have tan ability to determine and implement resolutions to complex field situationsMust have good written and verbal communication skills.Must have the ability to lead others and manage multiple projects.Certificates/Licenses:Lenel Certification preferredOSHA 30 preferred.Physical Requirements:Stand; walk; sit; twist; use hands to handle; reach with hands and arms; push; pull; climb; or balance; stoop; kneel; crouch, crawl; talk and hearUse vision abilities including: close, distance, peripheral, depth and colorSchedule: M-F 7:00AM-4:00PMBenefits Offered: Medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidaysPay Rate: Starting at $35 per hour based on experience and qualifications.Loyal Source provides healthcare and technology solutions designed to improve outcomes and support mission-critical operations.
