Habitat Health is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead CMS and SAA audits, manage live audit activities, and develop corrective action plans. This remote role travels up to 30% and partners with the Compliance Department to strengthen the Quality Improvement Program. Qualified candidates have 3+ years in healthcare audit, an RN license, and knowledge of PACE compliance. CHC, Epic, and Microsoft 365 skills are desirable.
