Production Team Member

Join a dynamic food manufacturing team in Monroe, WI as a Production Team Member, where you'll contribute to essential production processes in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to be part of the food safety and quality assurance efforts, making it a great fit for those interested in the food industry.

Production Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize cheese racks and forms to ensure hygiene standards
• Form and brine cheese according to daily recipes
• Flip cheese to promote even curd knitting
• Confirm piece counts of forms on presses and tables
• Adhere to ERU food safety policies and comply with FDA, HACCP, GMP and OSHA regulations
• Assist in other production tasks as needed to meet daily output goals

Requirements for Production:

• Ability to stand for 8+ hours and walk regularly during shifts, with frequent bending, twisting, pushing and squatting
• Ability to bend and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division of whole numbers
• Basic computer skills such as email, word processing and spreadsheets
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask under pressure
