Sales Operations & Service Lifecycle Specialist
NGC Transmission Equipment (America), Inc.
NGC Transmission Equipment (America), Inc. is seeking a results-driven Operations Specialist to support the Fort Worth Service Center. You will collaborate with field sales, manage end-to-end gearbox service orders, and ensure accurate backlog and inventory reporting to drive service excellence. Key duties include data extraction from ERP and CRM systems, cross-functional coordination, and proactive customer communication.
