This is a hybrid role, and the candidate will need to be within commuting distance to our Mahwah, NJ office to be on-site 2 – 3 days per week. Execute complex projects with accountability for planning, budgeting, staffing, and delivery of results. Apply problem-solving and process improvement methodologies to resolve technical and business challenges. Influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders through clear, strategic communication. Champion diversity, inclusion, and belonging in hiring and team development. Ensure compliance with medical device regulations and design control standards. Partner with customers and key opinion leaders to align technical strategies with clinical needs. Contribute to financial modeling and strategic planning for product segments or business functions. What You Will Need Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical or Mechanical Engineeringora relatedtechnical field. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in engineering or product development. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects. Experience with regulatory compliance in medical device development. Preferred Qualifications At least 2 years of direct people management experience. Prior experience specifically in knee implants or joint reconstruction/implants. Proven success in coaching team performance and managing talent strategies. Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics and competitors. Experience in budget creation and financial accountability at the project level.
