Mechanical Engineer

Familiarity with working in a chemical laboratory. Experience in surface preparation and analytical techniques. In-dept understanding and working knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and/or Design of Experiments (DOE). Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and ability to react to shifting priorities to meet business needs and deadlines. Excellent people skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively and efficiently with diverse teams, customers, internal and external partners. Problem solving Collaboration Candidate will be responsible for design, testing, and documentation of complex high precision semiconductor etch capital equipment. Mechanical engineers in our group design and analyze mechanical systems, equipment, and packaging. They conduct feasibility studies and perform tests on new and modified designs. T hey direct support personnel in the preparation of detailed design, design testing and prototype fabrication. They provide design information to drafting for documentation of the work. Skills Below are areas that a successful candidate will have knowledge of or be willing to learn on the job. Semiconductor experience Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and teamwork Organized with good problem solving abilities Effective communicator with the desire to understand all aspects of a problem and the ability to dig deep into details of a problem. Good presentation skills, ability to explain design details to coworkers of varying backgrounds Strong CAD modeling abilities (NX, Pro E, Solidworks experience all fine).
