We are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of employees, offering the opportunity to be associated with caring teammates, and creating positive contributions in each community we serve.Nights, three 12-hour shifts per week, every other weekendWhat you must have:Current state registered nurse licenseCurrent driver's license, reliable transportation, and provide ongoing valid and current auto liability insuranceTwo years of experience as an RN preferred in a healthcare/clinical settingFull time employee benefitsCompetitive payMedical, dental & vision insurancePaid time offPaid holidays401k with up to 4% employer matchingTuition reimbursementCompany car for qualifying individualsMileage reimbursementWhat you will do:During rounds observes, assess, documents and reports resident conditions and/or changesImplement the individualized plan of care as directedIdentify significant changes in the condition of residents and takes necessary action per facility policies and proceduresOversees and monitors certified nurse aidesDischarge residents per facilityCompletion of nursing assessment for physician calls prior to calling physician on any change in resident conditionCommunicate with resident's point of contact when they ask for status updates or if there is a change in conditionProvide training to other staff as neededUtilize excellent customer care skills with internal and external customers, including using proper phone etiquetteTimely submission of all documentationPerformance of other duties as requiredEnsure overall compliance with local, state and federal laws, Medicare regulations, and established personnel policies and proceduresIt is this agency's policy to provide equal employment opportunities without regard to age, race, color, religion, military status, gender preference, sex, marital status, national origin or disability.
