Job Description We are seeking a motivated and organized Marketing Manager to oversee in‑person promotional campaigns, coordinate customer engagement initiatives, and support the execution of marketing strategies designed to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition. This position involves managing daily campaign activities, monitoring performance, and ensuring products and services are represented professionally and consistently. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Primary Responsibilities Coordinate the planning and execution of in‑person marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives. Oversee daily marketing activities to ensure alignment with established campaign objectives. Develop strategies to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and product awareness. Guide team members in communicating brand messaging and promotional information accurately. Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results. Coordinate customer acquisition activities and support established marketing and sales objectives. Assist with developing promotional approaches tailored to different customer audiences. Ensure marketing materials and product information remain accurate and consistent. Organize campaign schedules, daily priorities, and team responsibilities. Provide direction and support to team members during promotional activities. Evaluate customer engagement trends and recommend adjustments to campaign strategies. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain effective communication and coordinated campaign execution. Support product presentations, demonstrations, and customer‑facing promotional activities. Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to strengthen brand representation. Track campaign activity and prepare routine performance updates. Assist with training team members on product information, promotional procedures, and customer engagement techniques. Maintain familiarity with current products, services, marketing initiatives, and brand guidelines. Help establish consistent standards for campaign preparation and execution. Address routine operational challenges and coordinate appropriate solutions. Participate in team meetings, campaign reviews, and planning discussions. Support the achievement of established marketing performance and customer acquisition goals. Complete additional marketing management responsibilities as assigned. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience preferred. Previous experience in marketing, promotions, sales, customer engagement, or a related field preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated leadership abilities and confidence providing direction to team members. Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills. Ability to coordinate multiple marketing activities and competing priorities. Understanding of customer engagement strategies and promotional marketing practices.
