Relationship Banker - Flushing Northern Boulevard Financial Center - Bilingual Korean Required

Bank of America is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to engage clients in the lobby and assist with self‑service banking transactions. Responsibilities Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self‑service resources (mobile banking, online banking, or ATM). Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients as needed. Conduct deep conversations with clients to understand their financial and life priorities and connect them to suitable solutions. Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence. Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs. Follow established processes and guidelines to do what is right for client and bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations. Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments. Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively. Drive the client experience. Manage cash responsibilities. Required Qualifications Bilingual Korean. Highly motivated self‑starter with strong work ethic and focus on results. Strong relationship building, collaboration and communication skills. Passion for improving clients' financial lives. Confidence in identifying solutions for clients based on their needs. Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms. Experience educating clients on simple banking transactions via self‑service technologies such as ATM, online banking, and mobile banking. Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills. Adherence to established processes and legal/regulatory compliance. Time and capacity management with focus on results. Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours, including potential scheduling at any financial center location within reasonable distance. Desired Qualifications Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions. One year of successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals. Six months of cash handling experience. Bachelor's Degree or business‑relevant Associate’s Degree (business management, business administration, finance).
