As an Account Service Representative, you’ll be on the front line of C Spire’s customer experience in one of our retail locations. Responsibilities What You Will Do Drive wireless, home services, and business sales to exceed monthly goals and unlock uncapped commission opportunities—averaging over $50,000 annually in total compensation. Serve as a knowledgeable and trusted consultant for customers, staying up to date on the latest devices, plans, and home services. Deliver exceptional customer service with integrity and enthusiasm in every interaction. Contribute to a high‑performing team that is laser‑focused on dominating the telecommunications industry. Qualifications What You Will Bring You’ll bring a passion for technology, a dedication to results, and the drive to deliver unbeatable service to every customer who walks through our doors. In addition to that, we require: One year of customer service or sales experience or a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. A passion for technology and a commitment to staying current on new devices and plans. Ability to work a full‑time, irregular schedule that includes some evenings and Saturdays. We will give special consideration to candidates who have: Two or more years of experience in sales or in a customer‑facing, fast‑paced retail environment. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. of materials.
