Direct Counsel is partnering with a nationally recognized firm seeking an Employment Special Counsel with 8+ years of employment litigation experience to handle EPLI cases.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of employment litigation experience

• Licensed in state of residence

• Excellent written

• Oral communication skills

Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with and openness to leveraging AI-driven and emerging technologies, with the aptitude to apply them effectively to enhance efficiency, client service, and legal work product.

  Compensation: $150,000–$240,000 annually + bonuses ( Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.)
