Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.Sign-on Bonus EligibleWhat You Will Do:Lead the development, documentation, and execution of the program’s Integration, Verification, and Validation (IVV) strategy.Coordinate IVV planning and execution across systems engineering, software, hardware, test engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams.Ensure all product requirements—technical, functional, and performance—are fully verified and validated against customer expectations.Develop IVV plans, processes, procedures, and test cases in alignment with program schedules and milestones.Oversee the integration of system components and manage resolution of integration-related issues.Ensure all verification activities have clear traceability to requirements via the program’s requirements management tools.Track IVV progress, risks, and technical issues; provide regular status updates to program leadership.Collaborate with customer representatives during formal verification events, audits, and acceptance testing.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members supporting IVV tasks.Champion continuous improvement initiatives in IVV methods, tools, and best practices.Qualifications You Must Have:Extensive experience in system integration, verification, and validation activities within a complex engineering environment.Experience with leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams.Experience with systems development lifecycle and requirements management.Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience oran Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experienceThe ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
