The Vice President, Operations will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, client satisfaction, and scalable growth across Infuse Hospitality operations.

- Proven hospitality operator with multi-unit leadership experience
- Strong financial and operational acumen

- Excellent client relationship and growth mindset
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic oversight for all operating locations nationwide
- Own operational P&L performance and profitability
- Lead client retention and growth initiatives
- Develop and coach regional and site leadership teams
- Support new business pursuits and transitions
- Ensure compliance and operational excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
- 7+ years progressive hospitality leadership experience
- 5+ years leading multi-unit operations
- Strong financial and operational management experience
Travel
Approximately 50-75% travel
