Pay: $23.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-Hour Lunch)

Position Overview

As an Inside Sales Representative , you will serve as a key connection between customers, vendors, warehouse operations, and the sales team. Your efforts will help ensure exceptional customer service, efficient operations, and strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and inside sales support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and business partners.
• Support outside sales representatives in managing and growing customer accounts.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
• Assist with shipping and receiving operations.
• Coordinate UPS, freight, and LTL shipments, including preparation of Bills of Lading (BOLs).
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment planning.
• Operate a forklift to safely move materials and inventory as needed.
• Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Perform general administrative and office support duties.
• Maintain organized records and efficient workflow processes.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, inside sales, or office administration.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to provide professional, responsive, and solution-focused customer support.
• Basic computer proficiency, including email and standard office software applications.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage competing responsibilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Forklift experience preferred, or willingness to complete training.
• Ability to safely and consistently lift up to 50 pounds.
