- 1+ year leasing experience REQUIRED
- High School diploma or GED
- Multi-family experience preferred
- Strong customer service + sales mindset
- Organized, dependable, team-oriented
- Entrata (or similar) a plus

- Lease apartments + hit occupancy goals
- Help train and onboard team members
- Manage resident accounts + delinquency
