Tier-2 Defense IT Support Specialist

ECS in Falls Church, Virginia is looking for a Product Manager SME. This role encompasses providing Tier 2 support for defense mission platforms and addressing complex incidents that Tier 1 support cannot resolve. Candidates should have 3-10 years of experience in IT technical support with a current Secret clearance, and the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
