Environmental Services EVS Worker - CFV Betsy Johnson EVS

The EVS Worker cleans and maintains assigned area(s) to meet customer, client, and patient satisfaction. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs. 

Job Responsibilities

• • Maintains a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by following all OSHA, state, local, federal, and Aramark regulations
  • Performs routine cleaning and sanitizing of patient/resident rooms and common areas, including vacuuming, dusting, bed making/stripping, and proper waste removal
  • Cleans and sanitizes restrooms in accordance with infection control procedures
  • Ensures all assigned areas meet Aramark and client cleanliness standards
  • Properly handles, stores, and disposes of waste, including transporting materials to designated areas
  • Maintains housekeeping equipment and ensures it is clean and in good working condition
  • Reports maintenance or safety concerns through appropriate channels
  • Delivers excellent customer service by maintaining a friendly, professional, and respectful demeanor with patients, residents, visitors, and team members
  • Supports a positive and comfortable environment by adapting to customer and patient needs
  • Assists with securing the facility and protecting company assets
  • Completes additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous custodial experience preferred
• Able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions
  

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
