Our client is an established Northeast Ohio manufacturer serving industrial and consumer product markets. The company has built a strong reputation for quality, operational excellence, and employee development while continuing to invest in new equipment and facility improvements.
Job Description
- Supervise production personnel and daily operations
- Monitor productivity, quality, and safety performance
- Coordinate staffing and scheduling activities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Support employee training and development
- Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams

The Successful Applicant
A successful Production Supervisor should have:
- 3+ years of manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience leading production teams in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of safety, quality, and productivity metrics
- Ability to coach, develop, and hold team members accountable
- Experience with production scheduling and workforce planning
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field
- Lean Manufacturing experience
- Experience with ERP or manufacturing systems
- High-volume manufacturing experience
