Permanent position in Fresno, California.

Quick facts:

• Monday Friday, 8 am 5 pm schedule; no weekends and no evening call
• Leadership role overseeing physician teams across multiple California counties
• Post-acute and geriatric-focused position with SNF rounds and home visit responsibilities
• Board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine or Family Practice physicians preferred
• Minimum 3 years of administrative and managed care experience preferred
• Spanish-speaking skills preferred for this senior-focused patient population
