Physical Therapist - Rehab Services - Acute Care: $15,000 Sign On Bonus Position. Competitive Salary, based on experience. Relocation Assistance. Direct Hire. Full-time. This position has flexible scheduling but does require weekends. This position comes with weekend pay of 25% on top of the employee's base rate for hours worked on Saturday and Sunday. What You’ll Do: Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs. Administer various therapeutic treatments, including exercises, manual therapy, modalities (such as ultrasound, heat/ice therapy, and electrical stimulation), and patient education. Educate patients on exercise programs, posture correction, and injury prevention to ensure long‑term recovery and improved functional outcomes. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to provide comprehensive, patient‑centered care. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to meet their rehabilitation goals. Document treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with departmental policies and industry standards. What We’re Looking For: Experience: Prior experience in outpatient physical therapy settings is preferred. Licensure: Must hold or be eligible to obtain a valid Physical Therapist license in the state at the time of hire. Education: A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program is required. Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of hire. Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with patients, families, and team members; strong organizational and time‑management skills. Patient Care: Ability to deliver high‑quality, compassionate care for a wide range of patients, including those with orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions. Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds independently and up to 150 pounds with assistance; requires frequent standing, walking, bending, and moving patients during treatment sessions.
