Job Summary The Solution Customer Success Manager (S-CSM) will partner with finance executives to deliver SAP Office of the CFO (oCFO) solutions, ensuring adoption, value realization, and expansion. This role focuses on building trusted relationships, driving renewals and upsells, mitigating risks, and providing strategic guidance on finance processes and technology adoption.
