Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter a high volume of data from various sources into our databases, including product specifications, customer details, and order information.
* Review and verify data for errors, omissions, or inconsistencies, making corrections as necessary to ensure data integrity.
* Maintain and update existing database records to reflect the most current information.
* Generate routine reports and perform data analysis as requested by management.
* Collaborate with other departments to resolve data-related queries and ensure smooth operational flow.
* Uphold strict confidentiality standards when handling sensitive company and customer information.
* Assist with other administrative and data-focused tasks as required.

Qualifications and Skills

* Proven experience in a data entry, data clerk, or similar administrative role.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high levels of accuracy.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in MS Excel.
* Fast and accurate typing skills.
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with a proven capacity to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as a collaborative member of a team.
* A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further qualifications in administration or IT are considered an asset.
* Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems is highly desirable.
