Talent Acquisition Coordinator Job Responsibilities:

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

• Conduct high-volume phone screenings and initial interviews for field and operations positions.

• Build strong relationships with candidates while serving as their primary point of contact throughout the hiring process.

• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain consistent communication from application through onboarding.

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and operational leaders.

• Prepare and extend employment offers within established hiring guidelines.

• Manage job postings and applicant flow through Indeed and other recruiting platforms.

• Track recruiting activity, candidate progress, and hiring metrics within applicant tracking systems.

Onboarding & New Hire Coordination

• Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, employment documentation, and onboarding requirements.

• Schedule new hire orientations, training, travel, lodging, and accommodations as needed.

• Ensure onboarding paperwork is completed accurately and on time.

• Create a positive and professional onboarding experience for all new employees.

HR Administration

• Maintain accurate employee and candidate records within HRIS and applicant tracking systems.

• Respond to employee, candidate, and manager inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

• Assist with HR reporting, recruiting metrics, compliance, and administrative projects.

• Support payroll and operations with employee updates and personnel changes.

• Partner closely with the HR Manager and operational leadership to meet hiring goals and workforce demands.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting, recruiting coordination, staffing, onboarding, or HR support.

• Strong phone presence with confidence conducting phone screenings, interviews, and candidate outreach throughout the day.

• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.

• Experience managing multiple open positions simultaneously.

• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and Indeed.
