Experienced stamping press operators can earn $20.00+ per hour , with compensation based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
What You'll Do

As a Press Operator, you'll play a critical role in producing high-quality metal components used by customers across multiple industries. Responsibilities include:
  • Operating stamping presses and related production equipment
  • Loading and unloading materials safely and efficiently
  • Performing quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
  • Conducting routine machine safety and operational checks
  • Recording production information and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Working collaboratively with leadership and team members to meet production goals
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
  • Dependable attendance and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous stamping press experience
  • Manufacturing or metal forming experience
  • Forklift operation experience
  • Blueprint reading skills
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
