TLC Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Rochester, New York. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/14/2026 Duration: 17 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, rotating Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse – Orthopedic Schedule Rotating shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. On-call requirements as needed. Assignment Details 36HRS Requirements Must have Orthopedic experience 2 years of nursing experience Active RN license in New York Telemetry experience BLS certification (American Heart Association only) ACLS certification (American Heart Association only) Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to orthopedic trauma and elective surgery patients Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with the healthcare team. Demonstrate strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Support a positive team environment and foster professional growth. Monitor patient condition and response to treatment, ensuring safety and comfort.
