Legal Assistant/Case Manager _ Workers' Compensation

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pasadena, CA. The individual in this position will be responsible for scheduling medical appointments, reviewing medical reports for pertinent information, and following up on tasks, both self-directed and assigned. They will assist in the preparation of legal documents and provide general support to the legal team, which includes drafting correspondence, managing communications, preparing legal documents, and conducting basic legal research.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Electronic filing methods like e-forms or JET File, and use specific software to submit documents into the EAMS case management system

• Knowledge legal document preparation

• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze a case and process it from inception to resolution

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Prior experience in a legal setting is required
