Position Manager Summary A Japanese company that designs and manufactures molds for press parts used in automobiles and home appliances is seeking a Manager Essential Duties Actively engage with clients to understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions. Utilize mold knowledge to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and improve customer satisfaction. Working Hours, Working style

8:00AM-5:00PM

Salary, Benefit 60,000 with incentives (Expected to be around $100,000) Qualifications Native-level proficiency in Japanese and business-level English Sales Ability: The ideal candidate should have excellent sales skills, capable of effectively communicating with clients and closing deals. Mold Knowledge: Proficiency in understanding mold designs, materials, and manufacturing processes is essential. Site Management Skills: Ability to coordinate and manage on-site activities efficiently. This includes overseeing project timelines, resource allocation, and ensuring smooth operations at project sites. Extensive experience in team leadership and project management.
