Sarai responsabile dello sviluppo delle potenzialità della Business Unit Wound Management e del raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita nel territorio assegnato, occupandoti sia dei clienti esistenti sia dello sviluppo di nuove opportunità di business. Promuoverai i prodotti, fornirai formazione e supporto agli utilizzatori lavorando in stretta collaborazione con il Regional Sales Manager e con i team interfunzionali. Contribuirai all’implementazione delle strategie commerciali e di marketing, al rafforzamento del posizionamento di mercato e al raggiungimento costante degli obiettivi di vendita. È un ruolo dinamico, fortemente orientato al cliente, con ampia responsabilità e visibilità sul territorio. * Pregressa esperienza in una posizione simile nel settore dei Dispositivi Medici* Esperienza nel settore ospedaliero, area chirurgica.* Esperienza nella gestione di stakeholder non clinici (Amministrazione/acquisti)* Lingua Inglese Livello medio-alto (indispensabile)* Utilizzo del pacchetto Office a livello medio-alto.* Utilizzo CRM* disponibilità a viaggiare frequentemente all’interno del territorio assegnato* ottime capacità organizzative e relazionali, con attitudine alla gestione autonoma del territorio e al raggiungimento dei risultati**You.
