A contract position for a School Psychologist is open with a start date as soon as possible, extending through the first week of January 2027. This full-time assignment offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 7:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. The work is entirely on-site, fostering direct connections with students and staff.

Ideal candidates are passionate about helping children thrive and comfortable working closely with educators and families. Your expertise as a School Psychologist will make a critical impact throughout the assignment.

Qualifications and experience desired:

• Valid School Psychologist certification (required)
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong understanding of assessment tools and interventions for diverse student needs
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
• Ability to conduct psychological evaluations and develop appropriate recommendations

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting psychoeducational assessments and reporting results
• Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and monitor IEPs
• Providing consultation to teachers, administrators, and parents
• Implementing intervention strategies to support students’ emotional and behavioral well-being
• Supporting crisis management and response as needed
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to ongoing student planning
