This is an opportunity to advise strategic buyers, sellers, and private equity firms on sophisticated M&A transactions in a fast-growing market.Ideal Candidate Profile4–7 years of private equity and/or M&A experience at a top-tier corporate law firmDemonstrated experience managing significant private equity or M&A dealsSuperior academic credentials and strong drafting, analytical, and communication skillsAdmitted to practice in the jurisdiction where applyingWhat You'll DoAdvise clients on complex mergers, acquisitions, investments, and other private equity transactionsServe as a key contact on deal teams, managing workstreams and contributing to client strategyCollaborate with colleagues across offices and disciplines in a supportive, team-oriented environmentKey SkillsStrong business judgment and attention to detailExcellent writing, negotiation, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentCompensation & BenefitsExpected base salary range: $310,000 – $420,000, commensurate with experience and locationComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)Work Environment: Hybrid model with regular in-office presence and flexibility for remote work.
