This is a direct hire opportunity with Alora Pharmaceuticals, offering the chance to be part of a high-growth organization focused on improving patient outcomes.Alora Pharmaceuticals is a fully integrated company dedicated to the development, manufacturing, and promotion of specialty products across the U.S. With strong brand and generic franchises and recognition as a *MedReps Best Place to Work* for three consecutive years, Alora continues to expand its specialty sales organization.**What’s in it for you?*** Competitive base salary + incentive compensation* Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, disability)* 401(k) with company match* Generous PTO, company holidays, and additional leave benefits* Company-provided tools and resources* Opportunity to join a recognized, high-performing company**What will you be doing?*** Promote Relexxii and additional ADHD products within a defined territory* Call on Pediatrics, Psychiatry, and Primary Care providers* Deliver clinically relevant product education and value-based messaging* Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan* Build strong, long-term relationships with HCPs and office staff* Utilize data, insights, and reporting tools to drive performance* Navigate and support prior authorizations (PA) and pharmacy pull-through processes* Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while operating within compliance guidelines**What do you need for this position?*** Bachelor’s degree required (B.A. or B.S.)* 1–2 years of pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare sales experience required* Experience or understanding of prior authorizations (PA) and pharmacy pull-through preferred* Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills* Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders* Performance Driven & Results-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills* Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territoryThe anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000–$100,000 annually.
