Recruiting Coordinator (Contract)

Your Opportunity Our Recruiting team is responsible for delivering a high-quality, efficient, and inclusive hiring process across a global organization. Recruiting Coordinator (Contract) This is a 6‑month contract role based in Atlanta, with the potential to extend based on business needs. What You’ll Do Interview Coordination & Scheduling Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones (phone, virtual, and onsite) Manage complex scheduling logistics across candidates, recruiters, and interview panels Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders Offer & Hiring Support Own preparation and processing of offer letters Manage offer-related coordination, including updates, changes, and follow‑up to ensure timely and accurate execution Candidate Experience Serve as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process Ensure timely communication, follow‑up, and a positive candidate experience Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions Recruiting Operations Support Maintain accurate candidate data within recruiting systems Track interview progress, scheduling status, and key recruiting activities Provide support for reporting, trackers, and operational workflows as needed Identify opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency and process flow Team Support Support multiple recruiters across different functions and regions Assist with ad hoc recruiting coordination and operational activities as needed Partner closely with recruiting and operations stakeholders to keep work moving efficiently What You’ll Bring 2‑4 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or HR support Strong experience with interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders Experience supporting offer coordination and recruiting workflows High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment Strong communication skills and ability to interact with candidates and business stakeholders Experience working with ATS or recruiting systems (e.g., Eightfold, SuccessFactors) preferred Compensation The Atlanta Area base salary range for this full‑time position is $28‑33 an hour, which can vary if outside this location, plus bonus, benefits, and some roles may also include equity. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, competencies, experience, market demands, internal parity, and relevant education or training.
