Job Description- Position: Restoration Client Services Coordinator (Full-Time)

Location: In-Office
Hours: Our business operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Due to the nature of our operations, schedules vary and may include shifts on any day from Sunday through Saturday, including weekends and holidays. 

Typical shifts: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, and 11:00 AM–8:00 PM, though other schedules may be assigned based on business needs.

We are currently hiring a full-time Water Damage Restoration Coordinator to join our team. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping people during emergencies, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, professional customer service to homeowners in distress

• Answer incoming calls and help educate clients on the restoration process

• Dispatch technicians to new jobs and manage active job schedules

• Coordinate and adjust daily schedules for field technicians

• Work closely with the Mitigation Manager and Mitigation Team to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and effectively

• Build rapport with clients and ensure clear communication throughout the process

• Support weekend shifts (8 AM – 5 PM) or participate in rotating shift schedules
