Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure to practice in Massachusetts
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) eligibility
• Strong passion for working with children and adolescents, with experience in school-based pediatrics preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, organization, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions to students with diverse needs
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Document therapy sessions, track student progress, and maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Offer compassionate support and education to students, teachers, and caregivers
• Stay current on best practices and continuing education within pediatric speech therapy
