Officer service coordinator

Title : Officer service coordinator.
Weekly hours : 20hrs a week coming to office or depends on the business need.
Work mode : Onsite (Candidate needs to report to site daily)
Interview : F2F interview (1 round of interview)
Temp to Perm : This is purely temp role (However, if there is business need, exceeds expectation , performance, attendance etc. there might be possibility for conversion)

Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities :
Office Services Duties :
Sort mail for internal delivery, Corporate, Post Office, customers, UPS or courier delivery accurately and proficiently. Both pick up and deliver mail to other buildings, our Corporate office and Federal Post Office.
Learn the basic functions of the various departments. Electonically deliver mail using e-mail, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Convert physical incoming mail to digital mail with a provided computer and scanner.
Learn and operate equipment to accomplish duties including hand trucks, flat bed carts, mail openers & cart, scales and postage machines.
Prepares mailing/packages for customers, mailings to other locations, etc.
Deliver mail and/or packages to internal departments in a timely and accurate schedule per established Office Services schedules.
Prepare mail by using scale and postage device to apply appropriate postage, charge the appropriate department and ensure incoming and outgoing mail is processed per established guidelines and procedures in a confidential manner.
Accurately receive UPS or Courier packages & deliver to appropriate recipient/department. Packages to be signed and until delivered, maintain packages in a secure holding area.
Incumbent may be in charge of mailroom in early morning and will be responsible for determining priorities for sorting incoming mail and assigning mail clerks to job tasks.
Special projects as requested.
Alerts supervisor of any unusual or disruptive situations.
