Responsibilities for Private Credit Operations Consultant include but are not limited to: 

·       Define and implement the target state operating model for the rated note fund, including responsibility allocation between LMI and the third-party fund administrator.

·       Develop operating procedures, playbooks, and process documentation across key workstreams such as cash management, fund administration, reporting, compliance, waterfall calculations, rating agency reporting, and loan servicing.

·       Establish and maintain loan lifecycle standards, ensuring deal terms, modifications, and lifecycle events are captured consistently across systems.

·       Identify operational risks, control points, handoffs, and exceptions, and drive remediation efforts to achieve launch readiness milestones.

·       Design and oversee the administrator governance framework, including SLA definitions, reconciliation processes, review responsibilities, and escalation procedures.

·       Define fund and loan data requirements, reporting standards, and data quality controls for compliance testing, waterfall calculations, rating agency reporting, and investor reporting.

Candidates for Private Credit Operations Consultant must meet the following requirements to be considered: 

·       10+ years of experience in private credit operations, loan operations, fund operations, or fund administration within asset management, alternative investments, insurance investments, or fund administration environments.

·       Deep expertise in the private credit loan lifecycle, including revolving credit facilities, delayed draw loans, and related operational processes.

·       Proven experience managing the client-side relationship with a third-party fund administrator, including launching new mandates and establishing oversight models.

·       Demonstrated ability to create operational procedures, playbooks, RACI matrices, and SLA documentation that have been successfully implemented in production environments.

·       Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with experience working effectively in matrixed organizations and influencing cross-functional teams.

·       Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, independently driving initiatives while keeping stakeholders aligned and informed.

·       Pay: $110.00/hr.

·       Shift: Hybrid with 2 to 3 days onsite. Monday - Friday / 08:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Details: $110.00 per hour
