You will be the primary advisor to the COO and General Counsel, ensuring the company is protected through meticulous compliance, sophisticated policy management, and expert-level benefits administration. You will lead the charge on FMLA, policy enforcement, and HR procedures. You aren't just following rules; you are advising senior management on how to mitigate risk and handle sensitive employee issues. You will own the payroll cycle for the entire company. Hands-on experience with ADP is a plus. You will manage a heavy volume of benefits administration, requiring a "no-errors" mindset and deep knowledge of health, 401(k), and life insurance programs. From employee sourcing to staff integration, you will manage the full lifecycle of the company's talent, ensuring a professional, seamless experience from first touch to first day.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field. Proven track record managing FMLA and complex employee relations. Proficiency in ADP. Exceptional discretion and the ability to interface directly with Senior Management.
